Failed·5/20/25

Montana HB910 amends the definition of tobacco products to include vapor products and imposes taxation on them.

Montana HB910 revises the definition of "tobacco products" to include substances consumed during the use of devices that deliver nicotine or another substance in aerosolized or vaporized form, such as e-cigarettes. This change applies to tobacco products sold by wholesalers after June 30, 2025.
