Montana HB643 revises the payment of costs for the use of a detention center. It requires the arresting agency, the Department of Corrections, and the Department of Public Health and Human Services to pay the actual costs plus 10% of holding a person in confinement in a detention center under certain circumstances. It also revises the definition of "actual costs" and amends Section 7-32-2242, MCA.
