Montana HB641 repeals the Lewis and Clark bicentennial license plate program, removes the Department of Commerce Lewis and Clark Bicentennial Account, and amends Section 17-7-502 of the Montana Code Annotated. The bill also repeals Sections 2-15-151 and 90-1-115 of the Montana Code Annotated. The changes are effective December 31, 2025.
