Montana HB608 would require the Cannabis Control Division to regulate THC products.

Montana HB608 would require the Cannabis Control Division of the Department of Public Health and Human Services to regulate all products that contain tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). The bill defines "THC product" as a product containing natural delta-9 THC in any form or concentration and from any source that is intended for any method of administration. The regulation of THC products may include but is not limited to testing, licensing, distribution, sale, and taxation. The bill also amends definitions and rulemaking authority.
