Montana HB374 revises gambling laws to allow nonprofit entities to conduct an expanded casino night, including additional games. Nonprofit organizations can now hold an expanded casino night once a year, featuring live card games, live blackjack, twenty-one, jacks or better, baccarat, chemin de fer, live bingo, keno games, raffles, roulette, dice games, and other gambling activities. The bill amends sections 23-5-112 and 23-5-702 of the Montana Code Annotated to reflect these changes.
