Establishes a program to support child care workforce recruitment and retention in Montana.

Montana HB360 establishes the child care workforce recruitment and retention support payment program. The program provides payments to eligible child-care facilities to strengthen their ability to recruit and retain qualified child-care workers. Eligible facilities include licensed day-care centers, registered group day-care homes, and registered family day-care homes. Funds can be used for supplementing wages, providing signing bonuses, offering longevity bonuses, covering facility costs, purchasing equipment, professional development, and mental health support for children.
