Allows residents over 75 years old to use a general elk license to hunt antlerless elk in certain districts.
Montana HB328 amends the state's hunting license regulations to allow residents aged 75 and older to use a general elk license to hunt antlerless elk in specific hunting districts. This change applies during any season where a youth under 15 years old can hunt antlerless elk and on privately owned land. This bill modifies the existing law to provide this hunting opportunity for older residents.
