Montana HB283 amends the Montana Code to permit the issuance of one male mountain sheep license and one male Shiras moose license each year through a competitive auction or lottery. The Fish, Wildlife, and Parks Commission may conduct these lotteries or authorize wildlife conservation organizations to do so.
