Establishes rules for issuing deer and elk hunting licenses to private landowners within the Flathead Indian Reservation.
Requires the Fish and Wildlife Commission to establish rules for issuing deer and elk hunting licenses to private landowners within the Flathead Indian Reservation. Licenses are valid only for hunting on land owned by the license holder within the reservation. The Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks shall pursue an agreement with the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes to transfer revenue generated by the sale of these licenses. The Secretary of State must notify each federally recognized tribal government in Montana of this act.
