This bill modifies provisions for lobbyist candidate committees, allowing them to maintain committees for county, municipal, or school board offices. It repeals and replaces Section 105.465, requiring lobbyists to dissolve their candidate committees but allowing them to return contributions. The bill also clarifies that lobbyists can maintain committees for local offices if they are not under Section 105.470.
