Establishes the Christian Taylor Ferguson (CTF) Medical Alert System to aid in locating missing endangered persons.

The bill creates the CTF Medical Alert System, a statewide program to help identify and locate missing endangered persons. The Department of Public Safety will develop regions and coordinate with local law enforcement and broadcasters. Participation is voluntary for local agencies and broadcasters. The system includes state agencies and private entities that volunteer to disseminate urgent information. False reports triggering alerts are a class A misdemeanor. The Department of Public Safety will administer and promulgate rules for the system.
