The bill modifies provisions relating to spontaneous fetal death reports in Missouri. It specifies that when a dead fetus is delivered in an institution, the person in charge or their designated representative shall prepare and file the report. When a dead fetus is delivered outside an institution, the physician in attendance shall prepare and file the report. If a spontaneous fetal death occurs without medical attendance, the medical examiner or coroner shall investigate and file the report.
