Modifies the definition of "firefighter" under the Public Safety Recruitment and Retention Act.

The bill modifies the definition of "firefighter" under the Public Safety Recruitment and Retention Act to include any officer, member, or employee of a fire department, fire protection district, or other fire-fighting organization of a political subdivision who is employed for the purpose of fighting fires, and anyone employed in a clerical or other capacity not involving fire-fighting duties.
