Modifies provisions relating to unlawful transfer and possession of firearms in Missouri.

The bill modifies provisions relating to unlawful transfer and possession of firearms in Missouri. It repeals sections 571.060 and 571.070 of RSMo and enacts new sections in their place. The new provisions define unlawful transfer of weapons and unlawful possession of a firearm, including specific scenarios such as transferring firearms to minors without parental consent, transferring firearms to intoxicated individuals, or transferring firearms to individuals on the Terrorist Screening Center's No Fly List.
