Extends the Missouri Downtown Economic Stimulus Act (MODESA) to allow for expanded development projects.

The bill extends the Missouri Downtown Economic Stimulus Act (MODESA) to allow for expanded development projects. It authorizes the Missouri Department of Economic Development to approve expanded development projects outside the central business district. These projects can receive state construction income tax increment and residential income tax increment to support development costs. The bill also allows for the modification of development areas and projects, and it exempts temporary regulations from a specific chapter.
