Missouri SB1640 allows the Board of Pharmacy to waive compliance with state rules for nonprofit pharmacies during emergencies.

Missouri SB1640 amends Chapter 338 by adding a new section that grants the Board of Pharmacy the authority to waive compliance with state rules for nonprofit pharmacies during declared state disasters or emergencies.
