SB1631

Establishes a statewide mobile food vendor license in Missouri, setting rules and regulations for licensing and operation.

The bill establishes a statewide mobile food vendor license in Missouri, overseen by the Department of Health and Senior Services. It sets rules and regulations for licensing, including prohibiting limits on the number of licenses, restrictions on hours of operation, and requirements for propane capacity. The license is non-transferable and must be renewed annually. The department can deny, suspend, or revoke a license for violations, fraud, or misrepresentation. Local authorities cannot impose additional requirements on licensed vendors.
