Establishes the MO GIVES Program to provide living donor medical orders for Missouri National Guard members.

The bill establishes the Missouri Guaranteed Inclusive Voluntary Exceptional Service (MO GIVES) Program, which provides living donor medical orders for members of the Missouri National Guard. Eligible members in Troop Program Unit or Individual Ready Reserve status can apply to participate if they are in good standing and not eligible for employer-based benefits or choose not to use them. The program guarantees paid leave, exempts members from using accrued leave, and provides allowances during the donation period.
