Establishes the MO GIVES Program to provide living donor medical orders for Missouri National Guard members.

The bill establishes the Missouri Guaranteed Inclusive Voluntary Exceptional Service (MO GIVES) Program to provide living donor medical orders for certain members of the Missouri National Guard. Members in Troop Program Unit or Individual Ready Reserve status who are in good standing and not eligible for employer benefits or choose not to use them can apply. Upon approval, they receive a living donor medical order guaranteeing paid leave for up to 45 days, with potential extensions if medically necessary.
