Missouri SB1494 establishes automatic expungement procedures for certain criminal offenses.

Missouri SB1494 creates a process for the automatic expungement of certain criminal offenses. Eligible offenses include misdemeanors and felonies not listed under section 610.140, excluding those involving juvenile adjudications or motor vehicle operations.
