SB1479

Missouri SB1479 allows state agencies to incorporate certain Medicaid regulations by reference when creating rules.

Missouri SB1479 authorizes state agencies to incorporate certain Medicaid regulations by reference when promulgating rules. This means agencies can refer to existing rules, regulations, standards, or guidelines without publishing them in full. The bill specifies that agencies must maintain a copy of the referenced material at their headquarters and make it available to the public. It also allows for the incorporation of federal rules and regulations to administer the Missouri Medicaid program.
