Authorizes tax credits for companies making at least $50 million in new capital investments in Missouri.

Missouri SB1443 amends Chapter 620 to allow tax credits for qualified companies making at least $50 million in new capital investments within two years. Eligible companies must submit a notice of intent and enter into a written agreement with the department. Tax credits are subject to clawback provisions and cannot exceed 2.5% of the new capital investment. Companies cannot receive benefits under other sections for the same jobs, wages, or investment.
