SB1423

Modifies provisions relating to the licensure of physicians in Missouri

This bill modifies provisions relating to the licensure of physicians in Missouri. It repeals and replaces sections of the Revised Statutes of Missouri concerning the licensure of physicians. The new provisions outline the requirements for licensure, including education, training, and examination. The bill also establishes rules for the inspection and licensure of hospitals and pharmacies, and defines terms related to controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. The changes aim to ensure that physicians meet certain standards and that controlled substances are properly regulated.
