Establishes the Unemployment Administration Adjustment Fund to defray administrative costs.

The bill establishes the Unemployment Administration Adjustment Fund to cover administrative costs related to unemployment law. Employers pay an annual adjustment, except when the fund balance is sufficient or the unemployment compensation trust fund balance is low. The fund's remaining money at the end of a biennium does not revert to the general revenue fund. The state treasurer manages the fund's investments and earnings.
