Missouri SB1393 increases the number of circuit and associate circuit judges in the 11th Judicial Circuit, St. Charles County.

Missouri SB1393 increases the number of circuit and associate circuit judges in the 11th Judicial Circuit, which includes St. Charles County. The bill designates two new divisions for associate circuit judges, elected in 2006. It also converts treatment court and family court commissioners into associate circuit judge positions, effective January 1, 2007. The bill adds one additional associate circuit judge position starting in fiscal year 2019, and another in fiscal year 2015, both elected in 2020 and 2016, respectively.
