Missouri SB1325 sets a sub-minimum wage rate for minor employees, allowing employers to pay minors at least $12.30 per hour, or the federal minimum wage, whichever is higher. The minimum wage for all other employees is set at $13.75 per hour, or the federal minimum wage, whichever is higher. The minimum wage for all employees will increase by $1.25 per hour to $15.00 per hour starting January 1, 2026. The minimum wage is adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers.
