Modifies licensing requirements for mobile food units in Missouri, allowing county permits to operate in all municipalities within the county.

This bill modifies provisions relating to licensing for mobile food units in Missouri. It allows any license or permit issued by a county to a mobile food unit or operator to operate in all municipalities within that county. Municipal permitting requirements that are stricter than county requirements are null and void. The bill also adds a new section to Chapter 67 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, defining terms such as "county," "mobile food unit," and "municipality.
