SB1178

Missouri SB1178 mandates reporting requirements for hospitals participating in the federal 340B drug program.

Missouri SB1178 enacts requirements for reporting data on the federal 340B drug program. Hospitals covered under the 340B program must report annually to the Department of Health and Senior Services by April 1. The report includes details such as the hospital's name, address, and the aggregate acquisition cost and payment amounts for drugs obtained under the 340B program. The Department of Health and Senior Services must then aggregate this data and publish a report by November 15 each year.
