Revises the law on stopping at railroad crossings to include any on-track equipment, not just trains. Drivers must stop within fifty feet but not less than fifteen feet from the nearest rail when signals warn of approaching equipment. This applies to both electric or mechanical signals and visual sightings of equipment in hazardous proximity. Violators face a class C misdemeanor.
