Introduced Text

Missouri SB1027 regulates the use of automated license plate reader systems by local governments and state agencies.

Missouri SB1027 amends Chapter 590 by adding a new section prohibiting counties, cities, towns, villages, municipalities, state agencies, or other political subdivisions from purchasing, installing, or using automated license plate reader systems.
