H.Con.Res.38

Urges the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to allow the state of Missouri to continue to utilize Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment funds

Introduced·2/3/26

Missouri HCR38 urges the National Telecommunications and Information Administration to allow Missouri to continue using its Broadband Equity, Access.

Missouri HCR38 urges the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) to permit Missouri to continue utilizing its Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) funds. Missouri received a significant allocation of BEAD funds, ranking third highest in the U.S. The state began accepting project proposals for these funds in 2025. However, NTIA modified the requirements for BEAD projects in June 2025, and a related bill in Iowa proposed a clawback of unspent BEAD funds.
