HB3522

Missouri HB3522 mandates the written driver's license examination be administered solely in English, prohibiting the use of translators.

Missouri HB3522 amends the state's driver's license examination requirements by stipulating that the written portion of the examination must be administered exclusively in English, with no allowance for translators. This bill also outlines conditions under which certain applicants may be exempt from the written examination, such as those with valid licenses from other states or countries with reciprocal agreements. It further details the procedures for administering the examination, including the possibility of physical or mental examinations by licensed physicians at the applicant's expense.
