Modifies the composition and appointment terms of the Missouri State Board of Mediation.

This bill changes the rules for the Missouri State Board of Mediation. It specifies that the board will consist of five members: two employers of labor, two employees of labor, and one person who is neither an employee nor an employer. The governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, will appoint these members. Two members will serve one-year terms, two will serve two-year terms, and one will serve a three-year term. If a vacancy occurs, the governor must fill it within thirty days.
