Modifies provisions for boards of election commissioners in Missouri.

This bill modifies the provisions for boards of election commissioners in Missouri. It repeals Section 115.017 of RSMo and enacts a new section to establish a board of election commissioners in specific counties and cities. The new provisions include boards in counties with over nine hundred thousand inhabitants, cities not situated in a county, and counties of the first classification containing any part of a city with over three hundred thousand inhabitants.
