Missouri HB3434 creates the Missouri Statewide Sexual Assault Response Task Force to study best practices and make recommendations regarding the statewide response to sexual assault. The task force will evaluate the implementation of the Sexual Assault Survivor Bill of Rights, identify gaps and barriers in response to sexual assault victims, and propose corrective measures. It will also determine the need for additional employees or volunteers of a rape crisis center and establish a plan for providing them.
