Missouri HB3423 modifies provisions relating to judges' disqualification from proceedings. It prohibits judges from participating in any proceeding where they received anything of value from a party or attorney involved. It also requires certain officials to file financial interest statements. The bill repeals and replaces sections 105.464, 105.483, 105.489, 476.180, and 476.560, RSMo, with new provisions.
