Missouri HB3399 amends the state's public holidays to include election day, specifically the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of even-numbered years. The bill also declares additional holidays, such as the eleventh day of November, the fourth Thursday in November, and the twenty-fifth of December. If any of these holidays fall on a Sunday, the following Monday will be considered the holiday. State employees will not have a holiday on the fourth Monday of October.
