HB 3391 modifies provisions for admitting nonresident students to Missouri school districts. It allows school districts to admit children of contractors or regular employees of other districts, provided certain conditions are met. It also allows owners of residential real property to send their children to public schools in districts where they pay taxes, with certain limitations. Additionally, it allows children of certain beneficiaries of trusts or remaindermen of life estates to attend public schools in districts where they pay taxes.
