Establishes a liaison for postsecondary education for homeless pupils within the department of higher education and workforce development.

Missouri HB3373 establishes a liaison for postsecondary education for homeless pupils within the department of higher education and workforce development. The liaison will be knowledgeable in issues relating to homeless pupils and independent of other organizations providing services to homeless pupils. The liaison will conduct an annual analysis of homeless pupils, develop a database to track graduation and retention rates, and collaborate with high schools, financial aid offices, and student support services to identify and refer homeless pupils to appropriate support services.
