Allows local entities to regulate or ban autonomous vehicles and related systems.

This bill amends Missouri law to allow political subdivisions, municipalities, or local entities to prohibit the operation of fully autonomous vehicles, automated driving systems, or on-demand autonomous vehicle networks. It also permits these entities to enact rules or ordinances imposing taxes, fees, or other requirements specific to these operations.
