Missouri HB3357 prohibits the sale of intravenous solution containers and intravenous tubing products made with intentionally added DEHP.

Missouri HB3357 amends Chapter 191 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri to prohibit the sale and distribution of intravenous solution containers made with intentionally added DEHP starting January 1, 2030. The prohibition extends to intravenous tubing made with intentionally added DEHP starting January 1, 2035. The bill also prohibits replacing DEHP with another ortho-phthalate. Exemptions include human blood collection and storage bags and apheresis and cell therapy blood kits and bags.
