Modifies licensing for mobile food units in Missouri by allowing county licenses to operate in all municipalities within the county.
This bill amends Missouri law to allow mobile food units licensed by a county to operate in all municipalities within that county, overriding stricter municipal permitting requirements. It defines "county" as any with more than 700,000 but fewer than 800,000 inhabitants, "mobile food unit" as a vehicle-mounted food service establishment that returns to a commissary daily, and "municipality" as any city, town, or village within a county.
