HB3285

HB3285 establishes provisions for temporary real estate salesperson licenses in Missouri.

HB3285 creates provisions for temporary real estate salesperson licenses in Missouri. The bill mandates that applicants for a salesperson license must be at least eighteen years old and pay the appropriate examination fee. It allows the commission to permit individuals not associated with a licensed broker to take the salesperson examination. The temporary license expires six months from issuance or upon issuance of a permanent license, whichever comes first, and cannot be reissued. The bill also requires active brokers and salespersons to provide proof of competence to the commission.
