Missouri HB3259 repeals and replaces Section 537.130 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri to redefine liability for unlawful or riotous assemblages. The new law holds any person or persons forming, directing, advising, encouraging, or soliciting an unlawful or riotous assemblage jointly and severally liable for any damage to person or property caused by the acts of the assemblage or any connected persons. The definition of "person or persons" now includes organizers and sponsors of such assemblages.
