Extends the jet fuel sales tax exemption in Missouri until 2043.

The bill extends the exemption from state sales and use taxes on aviation jet fuel in Missouri until December 31, 2043. This exemption applies to purchases and deliveries of aviation jet fuel by common carriers engaged in interstate air transportation of passengers and cargo. The exemption is limited to a maximum aggregate amount of $1.5 million in state sales and use taxes per calendar year. The tax revenues from aviation jet fuel sales are deposited into the aviation trust fund, with a cap of $10 million per year.
