Missouri HB3240 modifies the definition of sanctuary policy to include any order or ordinance that limits or prohibits municipal officials from cooperating with federal agencies on immigration status. It prohibits municipalities from enacting sanctuary policies and makes them ineligible for state grants until the policy is repealed.
