The Missouri Ireland Trade Commission is established to study and promote trade and investment between Missouri and Ireland. The commission will focus on bilateral trade, policy issues of mutual interest, business and academic exchanges, mutual economic support, and infrastructure investment. Members, including three from the Senate, three from the House of Representatives, and three appointed by the governor, will be appointed within ninety days of the bill's effective date.
