Missouri HB3136 repeals a provision of law that restricts state departments, agencies, and political subdivisions from entering into agreements or obligations to establish, administer, or operate a state-based health benefit exchange or a federally facilitated health benefit exchange. The bill also prohibits these entities from accepting or expending federal moneys related to the federal health care act.
