Increases the cigarette tax from $0.17 to $1.50 per pack, pending voter approval

Missouri HB3133 proposes to increase the cigarette tax from $0.17 to $1.50 per pack of 20 cigarettes, subject to voter approval. The additional tax revenue will be deposited in the state general revenue fund.
