Introduced·1/28/26
Introduced Text

Missouri HB3114 mandates railroads to supply digital station and valuation maps to the state land surveyor.

Missouri HB3114 requires all railroads operating in the state to provide digital copies of station and valuation maps, including both active and abandoned rail, to the state land surveyor. The state land surveyor is mandated to retain these records in the same manner as other records. This bill also repeals and replaces a section of the Revised Statutes of Missouri to ensure that city and county recorders of deeds, along with other government departments, furnish certified copies of desired records to the department of agriculture or the state land surveyor upon request, free of cost when.
